Anyone who has a beloved pet knows heartache when it goes missing. Despite help from friends and neighbors, it was the trained and equipped people from Critter Control in Merrimack, NH who were able to extricate my trapped pet. They took extraordinary measures. They are kind, capable and handled the hurt and exhausted animal gently, bathed her and made suggestions for aftercare.
